The staff was friendly and helpful. They even served breakfast early when i needed to get to the airport, nice. The rooftop breakfast was a decent start to the day. The pool was refreshing after time in the moroccan heat, it was AMAZING!!!
The location is in the heart of the Medina, BUT it is still reachable by car. The hotel itself is beautiful. The furnishings are nice. i encountered some noise. The bedding was not comfortable.

friendly staff safe escort clean room
I appreciated the friendly staff. They helped me when i got lost in the medina. one staff member walked me to my reserved car at 5:30 am. the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were kept super clean throughout my stay.

The standard double room featured air conditioning, crucial for the climate. Daily cleaning ensured a tidy space. the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep each night. This helped me to feel recharged for the next day.

Breakfast included fresh orange juice. they prepared breakfast for me at 6:30 am to accommodate my early flight. the terrace provided a beautiful setting for starting the day. This offered a calm atmosphere.

The staff was very cute. hassan was available for evening chats. Hanna offered help at the front desk. their combined efforts contributed to a positive experience.

The location was right in the heart of the medina? it was close to jamaa el fna and easily accessible. the riad offered a quiet retreat. This allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle.
